Installing BruisedFruit couldn't be simpler:
- First things first, you need to download the latest copy of BruisedFruit.
- Note: be sure to check the releases page for any information regarding installation/upgrade procedures.
- Upload everything contained within the BruisedFruit release archive.
- In the root BruisedFruit directory, find and CHMOD the file config.php to 777.
- If you want to enable caching, also CHMOD the str directory.
- Once you've done that, navigate to the install.php file in the root BruisedFruit directory and follow its instructions.
If all goes well, you should now have a working installation of BruisedFruit! Please, make sure you delete
install.php after you're satisfied everything is working correctly.
